BIRTHDAY PARTIES
If you are looking for a birthday party that goes beyond the ordinary, then spend your birthday with the dinosaurs! We customize each birthday party to the interests of your birthday person. The Royal Gorge Dinosaur Experience (RGDE) is a museum and park but it is much more than that, it is an adventure too.
We have the thrilling multi-level T-Rex Terror Rope Course & Tyrana-Tots Rope Course for little kids, surrounded by our living, breathing animatronic Dinosaur Wild Walk. We are located eight miles west of Canon City, with majestic views of the Sangre de Cristo mountain range and the famous Royal Gorge Bridge. We offer parties of all types including holiday corporate Christmas parties.
Time Frame: Parties include the decorated party room for an hour, with each additional experience taking approximately an hour (you are welcome to spend as much of the day with us as you like however).
WE OFFER 2 LEVELS OF PARTIES:
LEVEL 1
$180 Non-Member price (Up to 10 guests, $6 each additional guest, members get 10% off)
- Knowledgeable party planner designated to your group
- Private custom museum tour, based on age of birthday child, for all the party guests
- Playtime in the Children’s Interactive Learning Area
- Dinosaur decorated party room use, with tables and chairs for a one-hour celebration
- Party specifically themed with child’s interests
- Dinosaur themed birthday party plates, napkins, and cups
- Surprise gift bag for each birthday children attendees
- Safari Hat for the Birthday child
- CAKE AND DRINKS NOT INCLUDED (you are welcome to provide and enjoy them here)
Unlimited trips on our Rope Courses can be added to either party: $8.00 per adult and $6.00 per child (subject to closures for weather and during the off-season, please call ahead to check availability)
LEVEL 2
$260 Non-Member price (Up to 10 guests, $10 each additional Guests, members get 10% off)
- Everything listed above in Level 1, plus:
- Admission for all party guests to the Animatronic Dinosaur Wild Walk
- Child Activity Game with Prizes
- Safari hat for all children attending
- $20 shopping spree for Birthday Child
